• Bring a towel and personal toiletries for your comfort.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
• It is prohibited to use cameras on all body slides that are ridden without tubes (like the Aqua Loop, Freefall, and Matt Racer).
• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Keep in mind alcohol, balloons, firecrackers, fireworks, weapons, chemicals, narcotic substances, strong-smelling objects and liquids, poisons, large bags, and suitcases are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.
• It is restricted to touch seals and dolphins without the trainers’ permission, throw anything into the pool, put your hands or face over the pool, or stand near the pool’s edge.
