Booked the tickest online on headout, the process was simple as 1-2-3, good information on screen, easy navigation, simple purchase, confitmation sent to my email with exact address of the show and ticket office (same place). Picked up the tickets half hour before the show, no problems. And the show was fabulous. Highly recommended!

Online bought my tickets with Headout, but Alcazar ticket office do not have reservation of my tickets. The gentleman at Alcazar ticket office telephone Headout and asked Headout about my tickets, it looks like Headout did not make reservation for my tickets. As the show had started, luckily the gentleman at Alcazar ticket office allowed us to go in, and he said that Alcazar will discuss this problem with their agent (Headout?). Thank you to the gentleman at Alcazar ticket office for handling this problem professionally.

I bought VIP tickets because I couldn't get other options online. I thought the show was booked but there were a number of open seats. I should have tried to buy non VIP tickets

The entire show was just breathtaking, the performers were all beautiful and the attire was fantastic. One of the performers singing interacted with the audience (My friend and I) and it was such a blast. So impressed with the night and will recommend it to all my friends.
